After fishing with my Dad for five summers, I got my Captain’s license in the spring of 2010 allowing me to become captain of the F/V Seafarer. I’ve inherited both my Dad’s love for being out on the open ocean and his talent for bringing in fine catches. I’m able to get clients on big halibut and find those feisty Silvers! Anglers appreciate my professionalism, easy confidence and zeal for taking them out on fun, exciting and memorable trips. During the off season, I divide my time between working on tugboats escorting tankers in and out of Valdez, Alaska, and travelling.
